Despite ongoing medical progress, the exact disease pathogenesis of many autoimmune disease remains a continued focus of scientific discovery. As a result, current therapeutic approaches are suboptimal for patients’ needs, driving the significant and growing need for new medical solutions that will help modulate the immune response.
Potential disease targets
As we continue to advance the clinical development of our lead product candidate – VIT-801, a highly selective, dual target inhibitor – and its mechanism of action in treating autoimmune diseases, we are exploring a broad range of indications where there is significant unmet patient need.
